Privacy Policy

This policy covers login.itsmias.com, the shared login behind our sites, operated by ItsMias. The Staff Portal, Contestant Portal, Production site and admin dashboard each handle their own data, and the Staff Portal and Contestant Portal have their own policies.

What we store

When you log in, Discord shares your user ID, username, display name and avatar. We store these with your sign-in, and pass them to whichever of those sites you open so it can check your roles there.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page visited, time and browser) for 14 days.

Cookies

• session, on login.itsmias.com: keeps you logged in.
• horizon_sso, on all of itsmias.com: a random value the sites compare to know you are still logged in. It contains nothing about you and can't be used to log in.

How long we keep it

Your sign-in is deleted when you log out, and after 30 days without use. Access logs are deleted after 14 days.

Third parties

Discord handles the login. Discord's own Privacy Policy applies. Your data is never sold or shared with anyone else.

Your rights

You can log out at any time to delete your sign-in. For anything else, contact ItsMias on Discord or at me@itsmias.com.
